Our free and confidential service is available to parents, children and young people living in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

We can help by providing access to impartial guidance and support on matters relating to Special Educational Needs and Disability, including the law, local policy and practice, the Local Offer and Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments and plans.

We are 09.30 – 4.30 Monday to Friday term time only and we have a confidential 24-hour voicemail.
