King's Court Learning Platforms

Daily and weekly learning will be sent home by class teachers via Class Dojo and our whole school website. This will be based around a blend of online platforms, video links and printed learning packs available to be sent home. Please communicate with your child's class teacher via Class Dojo is you have any problems or questions.

ClassDojo Visit our virtual classrooms to get our daily home learning updates. Class Dojo is a quick and easy communication tool for both the school and parents. Keep sending us your work, pictures and messages to keep in touch with the school community and your class teacher.

Microsoft Office 365 Learning Platform - Live Check ins Our remote learning offer includes weekly 'live' year group check ins which are available through Microsoft Office Teams. You wil have recieved your childs individual account details via the school office.

Independent Activities

Oak National Academy Online Classroom Nearly 10,000 free video lessons, resources and activities, covering most subjects, from Reception to Year 4. We are using Oak Academy Lessons to teach some of our topic curriculum this term. Weekly links will be shared by class teachers to make sure that the correct lessons are used.

White Rose Daily ‘home learning’ lessons for Years 1-4. Every lesson comes with a short video showing you clearly and simply how to help your child complete the activity successfully. We are using White Rose to deliver both our key stage 1 and key stage 2 math's learning this term.

MyMaths MyMaths is an interactive online website children are subscribed to for building engagement and consolidating maths learning.All children in key stage 1 and key stage 2 have a personal MyMaths login. These have been issued via your class teacher. Weekly maths home learning tasks are set on MyMaths for all pupils in Years 1-4. There are also lots of games which improve fluency and accuracy in key number concepts.

Time Table Rock Stars Each week concentrate on a different time table, with a recommended consolidation week for rehearsing the tables that have been recently practised every third week or so. Children in years 1, 2, 3, and 4 have individual logins these have been issued via your class teacher.

Newsround Keep children up to date with the world around them - creating opportunities to talk about news with children.

PE with Joe PE Lessons with Joe every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Daily Reading Pick a new Oxford Reading Owl book to read each day.

REAL PE - Jasmine PE Lessons. Children have an individual password to access REAL PE at HOME this password will have been sent to you via a Class Dojo message from your class teacher.

Talk for Writing Hub We teach writing through the 'Talk For Writing' (T4W) approach developed by Pie Corbett. These T4W packs have been designed to allow the children to follow the same approach whilst they are learning at home. There are units available for all year groups from Reception to Year 4.
