This week we have continued to read the story ‘The Tunnel' in class. The children have been developing the settings in the story and using expanded noun phrases to make these settings sound exciting. This week we would like the children to choose a setting from below and use adjectives to describe them. You can use the template attached or simply write your description on a piece of paper.

The children's challenges are below

Bronze – To choose 1 setting and work with your grown up to create a list of adjectives that describes that setting.

Silver – To produce a description about 1 setting using adjectives and correct punctuation. 

Gold – To complete silver and incorporate expanded noun phrases in to your description.
