This week the children have been introduced performance poetry. They have been learning about repeated patterns and rhyming words.  

For this week's homework, we would like the children to choose one of the challenges below

BRONZE - To find two objects from home that rhyme and then take a photo to upload to ClassDojo.

An example of this is a 'rock and a sock'

SILVER - To write rhyming words on a piece of paper and then take a photo to upload to ClassDojo.

An example of this is 'cat and mat'

GOLD - To write some rhyming couplets and then take a photo to upload to ClassDojo.

An example of this is 

Once upon a time lived a boy called Jack,

who went to the market and soon came back.
