As scientists we have started learning about materials and their uses. This week we would like the children to find objects around the house and then think about what material they are made from. For example a window is made of glass or a table is made of wood.

Bronze - to talk about objects and what material they are made from.

Silver - to write a list of objects and the material they are from.

An example of this: 

window - glass

table - wood

Gold - to write sentences naming the object and what it is made from.

An example of this:

A window is made from glass.
