Position & Direction

Position & Direction
This week, we're taking a look at position and direction. KS1 children can recap and become familiar with the mathematical vocabulary related to position and direction, as well as considering how to make quarter, half and full turns. Some mathematical vocabulary related to this topic includes: above, below, left, right, next to, quarter turns, half turns etc. There are also some ideas for games, mental maths and activities to explore throughout the week. Enjoy!
