In today's lesson, we are recapping measuring in metres. Did you know that there are 100 centimetres in one metre?! Start your session today by thinking about some things that might measure in metres. Would you measure your finger in fingers? What about a door or table? How about a pet rat? Try to make a list if this helps. Once you have done this, use today's video to introduce today's key ideas and move on to one of today's challenges.
Bronze: On a sheet of paper, fold it in half and draw a line down the middle. On one side, can you draw pictures and write down the things you would measure in centimetres, and on the other side, things you would measure in metres. You might even want to have a go at measuring things around your house.
