How to Train your Dragon

This week, we have been discussing 'adjectives' and using descriptive words to improve our sentences. The children have been considering different adjectives to describe the dragon. Take a look at the activity sheets below to help your child to include describing words within their writing. 

 

Challenges: 

Bronze: Write 3 simple sentences about a dragon using capital letters, finger spaces and full stops

Silver: Write 5 sentences about a dragon using adjectives

Gold: Write 7 sentences and include amazing adjectives to engage the reader
